Who is responsible?

JuiceBench, operated by Lucas Santos, São José de Mipibu, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. Contact: hello@juicebench.com.

What do we collect?

  • Page analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Affiliate clicks: each time you use a “Check price” link we record that click: the product, the store it led to, your country (from your connection, as reported by Cloudflare) and the path of the page you clicked from, and which fallback chose the store (for example your local Amazon store or the brand’s store). We do not store your IP address and JuiceBench sets no cookies.
  • Your region: to show prices for your region, the page asks our server for your country once per browsing session and keeps the answer in your browser’s session storage. It is deleted when you close the tab.

Our legitimate interests: running and improving the site, and measuring which links are used. Because the click records contain no IP address and no identifier, the impact on you is small. You can object at any time (see your rights below).

Do you use cookies?

JuiceBench sets no cookies. Stores you visit through our links, such as Amazon, use their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Who processes the data, and where?

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver it and stores our analytics. Cloudflare may process data in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long is data kept?

Cloudflare Web Analytics data is aggregated by Cloudflare. Click records are kept for about 3 months (the retention period of Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine) and then deleted automatically.

What are your rights?

You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, ask us to restrict its processing, and object to it. Because click records hold no identifier, we may not be able to single out your records. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), in the EU your national supervisory authority, and in Brazil the ANPD.
